Hi Robert. I’ve shot at the Manatee Gun Range ( can’t remember the exact name ) that had targets to 1000 yds.. I didn’t try past 600 with my Rem. 700 in .270 Win., but the Dr. ( MD ) I was with had a M-21 setup that we could hit to 800 with. I haven’t been in a long while, and hear they closed down everything past 600.
I shoot at the Wyoming Antelope Club range in Pinellas, near St. Pete/Clearwater airport.

I have not heard that about 600 yards . I bet alot people stopped going there. I know they were starting to get pretty anal. They started taking pics of every body that came to shoot so i stopped going. i like my right to privacy and do not think that a shootoing range should be going to peoples privacy. How is the club you shoot at now? How long can you shoot there? Bob

The Antelope Club is a great facility, rifle to 100 yds, multiple other ranges for handgun, shotgun, training. Sanctioned Hi-Power and Bullseye pistol matches. Great place.
