Based on drop calcs I've done on my 300winmag pushing 190 Sierra Mk's @ 3026, you'll drop 26 MOA from a 100 yard zero to 1000 yards. Without an angled base, you should be able to get to at least 1000 yards with that scope. Hope this helps. Chris.

I've gotten 3020 fps w/175 Matchkings in a 26" bbl w/groups just under MOA. Mine seems to shoot best (.75 moa) at max 06 (about 2800 fps) velocities. Haven't tried the 190's yet cause they didn't do too well in my 308.
