I had to get hearing aid last year and I can assure you that they will not reduce the noise level. Remember that they are to help you hear better which means you will hear the muzzle blast even better than before! I shoot a 7x300 win mag with a muzzle brake and the blast will rock your world...
The 7PRC is about 150 fps faster than the 7 mag. So if you're hunting deer it will take you to 1000 yds with ease if the rifle is accurate enough to make the shot. I would also go with a 26 or 28" barrel/ 8 twist to handle heavier bullets for long-range hunting.
Take a look at the Walther CCP 9mm. It was designed for women. Holds 8 rounds and it accurate and easy to handle. I bought one for my daughter and she loves it.
I wish I had that kind of distance in SC to practice on. My longest possible shot is 1260. The odds of getting a deer to step out at that range is slim. Hope you have a great season.
I shoot a 7x300 win mag with a Fat Bastard brake. Shooting a 190 gr Atip with recoil equal to my .243. MV around 2930. I don’t have my reloading at the moment.
