I bought the Lee Breach Lock Kit and have no regrets. It does the job and produces excellent ammo, for a lot less money. You can buy a chevy, or a cadillac. They both run well and will get you there on time.

I simply start with a prepped sized unprimed case. Start a bullet and chamber into my mauser action. If I can't close the bolt, I seat bullet a bit deeper, until I can. When bolt closes easily, bullet is properly seated, for that rifle.

Your target is too small. Assuming a perfectly flat tracectory (not possible, but for illustration) 2.5 high at 25 yards would be 5 high at 50 yards and 10 high at 100. I expect you are shooting over your target at 100 yards. Try a bigger target, or site in 1/2" high at 25 yards. Or both
