    .277 accubonds

Guys I like the accubonds for my .270wsm or I used to... however I think quality control is going downhill..I have been fighting this for a while. But in the same lot of bullets I get a variance of .015 on bullet lengths. This makes it real hard to seat a bullet into a sweet spot, and even...

    .270wsm and Bergers

Thanks for the info.. Appears the load data is the same for the nosler AB I have been using. They list 66.5 as max for H4831sc. I'll try my load and see how it does, I have loaded them .010 off the lands in .020 increaments.

I bought a box of Berger 130gr classic hunter bullets. Looking for some advise on load data I have H4831sc and IMR4350. The gun is a factory Rem 700 with HS stock 24" barrel.. Also asking for experience on game with this bullet? I will only use them on deer size game out to 600yrds...

Can you mix the 2 together to make the same? Has anyone done this. Have a buddy that did this and he says no problem. He had partial bottles of each and just mixed it.. I hear its the same just cut shorter?

Range report: Accumark, legacy, and 700

Just curious if you used a chrono on the weatherby? I used a accumark .257wby with 2 boxes of factory 110 accubonds. We got 3moa at 100 yards and as much as 175fps differance between shots on the same box of ammo. This left us scratching our heads. At $70+ a box I would have thought it would be...

Rem 700 old style trigger - tune the sear

Not sure if its worth doing. I have replaced my triggers with timneys, very easy to do and no issues at all. Takes about 10 min to change. For 125.00 bucks you be hard pressed to get a smith to do the repair on your existing trigger or be real close in cost to just replace it.

new 300 wsm brass has shoulder dents

With the Win brass I had as much as 15gr diff between cases. The Norma brass was at 3gr diff. I guess it depends on what your expected outcome should be. With the win brass I could only get 1.5 moa at 100yrds. Just buy me switching to Norma I was able to achieve .5 moa with everything else the...

    7mm rem mag loads

I have tried H4831sc and couldn't find accuracy with it. I tried IMR4350 at near listed max with 140 accubonds and I get 3170fps with less than 1 moa. That was Great load with my gun. Always work up your loads

new 300 wsm brass has shoulder dents

I just started to use Norma brass. Night and day better! But it should be its double the cost. The win brass was junk, cases weighed almost 20grains different shoulder dented very easy during sizing, it was very thin. I also was having a problem with runout about drove me crazy trying to figure...

    270 WSM best combo?

I have had great luck with H4831sc and fed 215 primers with 130 accubonds, the Winchester brass on the other hand was horrible wouldn't recommend it. My load is at 65.5 grains at 3200fps. Coal I use is 2.860. I haven't played with seating depth yet to see what results I could get. I have also...
