As far as barrel length, I am having a 6.5 PRC put together with a 29" Bartlein SS Heavy Palma 7.5 twist. When finished barrel should in around 27+.

I am having a custom 6.5 PRC built...Bartlein Heavy Palma barrel 29", with 7.5 twist on a 700 short action, with magnum bolt face. It will be mounted in the MDT LSS-XL Gen2 Chassis System. I will reloading with the ELD 147 and 153 Atip.

I am building a 6.5 PRC, and using the AICS WSM mags! As far as a chassis, I am going with the Ashbury Saber. It is usually starts around $950, but are on sale for $349!!!

My 264 Win mag......

I had a 264 built over 1 year ago. People asked me what I was thinking building a "barrel burner". I explained true it was an old cartridge that may have been back then, but times have changed along with the bullets, barrels, and powders. When I shoot they just look on with their mouths open!!
