I purchased a model 70 Winchester carbine. For my eight-year-old son . Has a 20 inch barrel and shortened to stock up one inch. Very accurate rifle. He passed it on to his son shot a real nice hog with it at nine years old.

IMR 4064 works best in 243 win.

I have Leica Goevid 10x42 only problem I have is when the temperature gets in the teens they won't work. My friend had a pair of Zeiss they worked fine. Had to keep them inside my coat for them to work.
