    Any 6.5 Creedmoor hunters?

    Nice buck and great shootin'!! I ended up getting the Hawkeye matte stainless/ 26" barrel and then dropping it into a Ruger Compact laminate stock....I know it sounds weird, but it really fits nice when in winter clothing, and makes for a real nice light weight carry rifle. I topped this off...

    I've been fiddlin' around with the 6.5 Creedmoor in some local long distance events with a stock Ruger77 Target rifle with very good results, and have been wondering if anybody is using this round for hunting yet? I am envisioning getting a Ruger Hawkeye as a hunting rig with maybe a Leupold...
