The ZEISS V6’s do have zero stops. I have 5-30 model and it does have a zero stop

If it’s an older Sightron they do not have zero stops.

I get 2930 FPS with 180’s and h1000 out of a 26” Benchmark on my long action Bighorn. 3030 FPS with 162 eld-x and rl 23 out of a 24” Brux on a Remington short action.

The saum I built to shoot steel with is on a Bighorn long action. Haven’t had any problems feeding.

I agree with HuntnPack, build a Saum. I have two. One is my longer range hunting rifle and the other was built for shooting steel. I have shot both out to 1200 yds on steel. The bench gun has gone out to a mile. The saum is my favorite 7mm. I have 3 7-08’s, one 280 and 2 7rm’s. The Saum wins for me.

My hunting rifle is on a short action. I run 59.5 grs of Rl 23, br-2, Norma brass and the 162 eld-x .020 off the lands. Velocity is 3030 FPS. Have shot 1/2 Moa out to 900 yds on steel. Killed several white tails and a couple pronghorn out to 600 yards with good performance. My other saum is on...

I have two 7 saum’s. One on a short action and the other on a long. The short action I run rl 23 behind a 162 eld and the long I run h1000 behind a Berger 180 hybrid.

I feel your pain. I also have a Swarovski x5 3-18. Great glass but it seemed to have a wondering return to zero. Every time I shot with it I always made sure it was zeroed. Then after shooting a while I’d recheck zero and it would always be low and right. So in July I sent it in to be looked at...

The March has better feeling turrets and I like the size of the turret better on the March. As far as the glass, to me the ZEISS is better. Both in low light and image clarity.
