Trying to figure out if I need to raise my scope. Is there a good system for this? Probably something really simple. About to purchase a new Vortex and I think it could sit a little higher.

Scratch that last post. There is a smaller gun shop near me that I just learned offers the entire Weaver line. I am going to look at the 40/44 line of scopes.

Been looking at the Revolution 4x12x40mm. Read some good reviews and it seems like a good scope for the money. Anyone use a Redfield? Is their a better scope for around $350?
Thanks for the response. I have the rifle dialed in pretty well and it does shoot a sub MOA. Really liking the accuracy and the Acu-trigger. I will look in to upgrading scopes before hunting season.
I've been a waterfowl hunter for years, (using a Remington 870), but I just purchased my first rifle about a month ago. I went with a Savage XP .270 with a Burris 3x9x40mm for optics. Been out to the range with some friends a few times and i'm having a blast!
