I agree with the h 1000 suggestion rl 19 has given me some excellent groups but when the temp changed so did my velocity. I recently switched to vihtavouri n165 in my 300wsm with excellent results. A close friend has had great results in his 7 mag with h1000.

Go with Norma brass and you will be pleased with case life. It almost doubles what I get out of anything else in my 300 wsm

The Allen mag is 408 Chey tac and the Allen express is 338 lapua brass modified if I'm not mistaken I would think barrel life on a 338-378 would be drastically better than the 30-378 though I have little experience with the weatherby

8 rounds sounds about right for win brass. I have had much better results with Norma I am about 10 rounds in with my 300 wsm and my Norma is in great shape.
