I have 4 boxes and 13 loose rounds of Norma 300 WSM once fired cases for sale.

Have been reloading for a long time, have never polished any cases in a tumbler just polished a few cases with steel wool if they needed it, why would you tumble polish them and is it better? Have never annealed any cases either, how does annealing improve the load?

If my bullet is 2.5” to the right at 100 yds how much will it be to the right at 350 yds?

I pulled the bullets and reduced the load by .3 grains and the cases don’t stick now, does that make sense?

New Weatherby brass that was fired once in same rifle, cases trimmed to 2.56 length, FLR and reloaded.

Worked up my reloads for my Weatherby 6.5 RPM and had no pressure signs or sticking cases, went antelope hunting and that went fine, went to the range to just zero and the cases all stuck in the chamber, took a good jolt to remove them, any thoughts on what could now cause the cases to start...

Got a friend that wants me to reload 300 Win Mag for hunting, has been really happy with the precision hunter Hornady 200gr ELD-X, anyone have any idea which powder to use to get similar performance from and any other thoughts?

I just had a custom turret installed on my rifle and had to send in the bare scope in to get it installed and after getting it back and put back on my rifle my point of impact has changed drastically, vertically it was 1/2” high at 50 yds to 8” high at 50 yds horizontally it stayed the same...
