So new to brass (once fired or new) I full length resize. Then when it has been fireformed, I neck size it. I set the neck tension to .003. Works for me.
I deprime on sepaate press, the tumble with walnut media and a drop of Nufinish. Then rinses and dry with a towel. Lube and size, then clean with ultrasonic cleaner.
I use Lyman DPS2 Powder Dispenser and my process works fine for me - speed and accuracy. After the nit warmsup, I dial in the amount I want and I start checking first few loads on either an Ohaus 10-10 or RCBS 5-0-5 bb scale to verify. Usually within three double-checks everything is settled...
