I shoot a lot of RL17. Perhaps if it's over 100 degrees it might spike but I chrono my loads and don't see large swings. I just wish it was a bit more compact.

Seating depth is critical to accuracy. I find a good load then tune with seating depth. Where people think it ought to be versus what the rifle likes are often two different things.
