Yes, they are long. I measured to lands using them and seated accordingly. I'm able to hit pressure before running out of case capacity.

Case capacity = 76.7gr H2O 150gr BD2 Bearing Length (using 7mm SAC comparator) = .426-.427in I fireformed from ADG 7 saum brass. Understood its not exactly a Max, but its the closest thing available and very close.

Technically neither. Its a SAUM AI, but thats basically all a Max is. Its a reamer my smith has and he likes better than a straight saum.
