Personally stock and bedding come first. Ergos are extermely important a crap trigger is easier to pull in a well constructed stock or chassis due to hand placement. That said, if a rifle has a pud trigger its replaced after I see how it feels after tuning it IN THE NEW STOCK.

I use IMR 4350 with a 100gr BTBT runs 3450 out of a 24" barrel and shoots .5 or under.

Id pull a couple put your load in and see how it shoots. If your load is a bit warm back off a bit and pressure check back up to your load. If velocity changes, fireform. If accuracy or poi change fireform. If its all remains constant, load and shoot.
