The new brass loads were significantly more accurate than the old brass loads. The verticle was out to the 8 ring a bunch on the last string, and not at all on the first two. .22-250 is probably the most popular mid-sized cartridge in existence.

I think it would be a great wildcat. I'm currently getting a 300-375 Ruger done. Great case design, especially for wildcating - not to sure about brass quality though as Hornady is the only option.
