Seekins Havak PH2 in 280ai

That combo does well in both my 280 Rems (1/2") and fairly well in one "picky" 280ai. I prefer 7828 and Re23 because I try to squeeze as much performance/speed out as I can. None are Weatherby brand, but if your Weatherby likes the 160NAB bullets you should do well.

Re26 may be slower burning but produces much faster loads.

Burning faster does necessarily not make a bullet go faster. H4831 produces slower... significantly slower loads in my .280 Rems and 280 ai rifles vs IMR 7828 or Re23.

We do have high rates out West.

Yup. 1:9 is fine for 160s.

I have the Long range max. A great platform and the stock is stiffer than the original HC and Stalkerc stocks. However, it is over 8 lbs.

The only thing that proves is that someone died from CJD who had eaten deer in the past. People who ate apples, tacos, and salads in their life have also died from CJD.

Seekins does not chamber in the 280ai. If they did I would buy one in a heartbeat. All my X-bolts are 1/2" shooters consistently, including a 280ai.

Yeah, but that is a drop in the bucket compared to what us who live here spend on taxes, groceries, land/home purchases, shopping, doctors, vets, etc... 365 days a year. Our property taxes have more than doubled in three years for our place.

There is (or used to be) such a thing as etiquette and decency.
