For shots under 200 yards and most being inside 100 yards, 150gr bullet in a 308 Win is the trick!

I think the 180gr ELD-M Hornady bullets are awesome for the 28 Nosler. Heavy enough to smack anything and great ballistic coefficient, but also fast enough (3200~ FPS) to make it extremely flat shooting.

I have a Bushnell 6500 Elite on my Winchester M70 in 308. It's a lot of scope for the money. I've taken antelope with it out to 560 yards.

I've got a Sako A7 in 7mm Rem Mag and it's a tack driver. It'll shoot anything good, but I haven't tried any bullets below 150gr. It really likes the Accubond Long Range 168gr bullets.
