Have used both 7828 and h-1000. They both worked real well. Also never had any luck with the nosler brass. Used the Remington stuff, worked good for me.

Yea, if I did it over just buy a Sps and have the action trued. Put on a sendero style barrel and buy a hs precision stock. Have it bedded and go to work. Save a ton from first buying the sendero then having it rebarrelled. Put the kreiger barrel on mine shoots like hell on wheels!!

Thanks for all the info guys, took it a local gunsmith. Hopefully will have it back in a week or two. Alot of good ideas maybe i wont ever have too use them but good to know. Mainly my fault, shot the brass one to many times. Thanks again for all the info.

Had a case seperation on my .257 weatherby chambered in a modell 700. Is there anyone who sells an extractor tool for this caliber? I know there is one for .257 roberts but didnt know if that might work to get it out. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

Yes, i agree get rid of the lead sled. If it were up to me i would use mine for a wheel chock. Look up uncle bud's bull bags, i got the x-7 does everything i want it to do. For me i could never get very comfortable with the sled, im just saying!

for sale a takeoff sendero barrel stamped 7mm STW low round count around a 100, only thing up by the tip of barrel a little gouge about size of a tip of a pencil. Should be able to file smooth. took picture of it but didnt come out to well.The barrel is a 26" asking 125.00 plus 20.00 shipping...

Derek M Have you had good luck with the reloder powder in the cold? Just wondering have heard some guys say the temp really plays a number on the velocity. The reloads I shot the 3604 was at a temperature of about 45 degrees. Figured thats the temp i will be deer hunting in if not colder...
