I’ve used it in my 22-250 with 40gr v max and got pretty good results, p dogs didn’t like it much.

I have got two of them and they work great but have to agree that they are a little ugly.

I still have it and will probably send it in but now I don’t really need it, and have had any problems with my lab radar, 22-250 is the smallest caliber I’ve used and worked fine for me, I don’t shoot anything smaller then that right now so I’m happy with it.

I bought the spotter and it worked well for about a year then it stopped working, so I ended up buying a lab radar, wish I would have put the funds toward the lab radar in the first place.

I have a a clamp on brake from Witt and love it.
