I suspect you may need a small base body die to get them to chamber. I know I did when going from 6.5CM to 250AI.

I had the elevation turret set screws vibrate loose several times on an EPL4 on my 7 STW. After the 2nd time, I applied medium thread locker and it has not happened since.

I make my own from lanolin and 99% isopropyl alcohol. Ratio is 10 parts alcohol to. 1 part lanolin.

Actually, both were shot in the same barrel. It was initially a 7RM that I later rechambered. With a 140 grain bullet and RL22 I run 67-68 grains in 7RM versus 80-81 grains in the STW.

7mm STW. At some point in my life, I decided burning 30% more powder for a 5% increase in velocity over the 7RM seemed like a really good idea.

I use 19.0 grains of Green Dot for COW fire forming 280AI brass from 280 Rem. General rule of thumb is to use a charge equal to 1/3 of a normal rifle powder load. Unique should be just fine if you keep the charge low.
