Ok well I have some loaded with rl19 and imr7828 and 180 sst if that doesn't show any promise I'm gonna try 200 game kings

im curious if anybody uses retumbo with 180 grain bullets in a 300 win mag

I got some 168 Berger classic hunter I loaded with imr4831 and a cci250 primer. Going to shoot them this morning.

Ok thanks I figured the 1:11 twist was better with 180 but I might try 168 or 165

I have tried 180 accubonds 180 Barnes ttsx and 180 sst with no groups better than .9 at 100. I have used rl19 imr 4831 and 4350 and h4831 and 4350 and imr 7828. Fed 210match wlmr and cci 250 primers. I have some rl22 I'm going to try with the 180 sst. I'm considering trying 185 Berger classic...

Yeah I meant nickel just hard to find brass for it and I came across the nickle stuff

I have a ruger American 22-250 with a 1-10 twist rate. Just curious as to what powders and bullets people are using in this twist rate. I have used varget and imr 4064 so far with 69 Sierra matchking hpbt. Was wondering if anybody had any luck with 70 Berger vld?

I can't find Winchester 300 wsm brass anywhere other than buying loaded ammo. I can get nosler and Norma brass but will the change the pressure?

I ended up tapping a screw driver that was half the size of the hole into the screws and then turning them out

the filler screws in the mounts for a scope are stuck in my tikka. I cant get them to turn because they are plastic and the head is to soft so it is getting torn up. Any ideas how to get those things out?

I have a tikka t3 300 wsm and am planning on putting a vortex viper hst 6-24x50 on it this summer. I need rings and am curious what you guys think i should do, get rings that mount to the gun like talley, or a piccatiny rail? Also what height rings will i need, i think medium but am unsure.

yeah im not shooting competition just hunting and fun. trust me if i could afford a nightfocre there wouldnt be a question what id get. im considering the shv but its a little more than i want to spend and capped turrets but its crystal clear and i love the moar reticle
