Really enjoyed your elk story and noticed quickly you were from iowa. I see you are from Hull. I am from the opposite corner near Burlington. I work for a construction company and we built the new high school in sioux center. I did the first time elk hunt a year ago and wasnt so fortunate but we had a blast. We did first rifle and the weather was way too warm, no daytime movement. Congrats on your elk!
