I have the Lee progressive for loading 9mm with the auto bullet feeder and such. Every thing has a little bit of slop and has adjustments. Adding some wire ties in some places kept things from popping out. Sometimes the brass will crash into the sizing die and I cannot figure out why so I do go...
No problem. Sorry, didn't mean to come off as being rude. I'm new myself and was wondering that too and that the FAQ wasn't in the section that I was browsing so I had to search to find out why. Seems like most places have gone the direction as pay to post in classifieds or have a posting...
Oh nice. My 7 Max brass arrived today too. Was a nice surprise since no shipping notification so I was worried that Rich was out of stock on brass already lol. Time to do some loading while I wait for my barrel and just seat bullets out long and finalize the OAL after I install barrel.
I'll have to try some of these suggestions. I've been using the Lyman inertia but a good whack with it and the rims get bent and cannot be reused. Either that or I just have too much neck tension.
Thank you for the confirmation. That confirms my math on that. California and lead free hunting though so no Berger's for me, although that would be my top choice otherwise. Those hammers are expensive.
I'm looking to run 177 with my 7 max, I'm curious, did you go with the standard 0.205 FB or did you have to get it throated for additional freebore for the 177's to not have to seat too deep? Thank you.
