IMR4064 is my go-to load for 55gr bullets in my AR. I've found it to be the most accurate of Varget, RL-15, CFE223, IMR4895, H4895 and IMR8208 XBR. All my AR's have 1 in 7" twist, I use the load for hunting; 55 gr Sierra Blitzking.

Shane-agree with the 243! Very accurate and so close to the 25-06 with a better selection of bullets.

I was getting about .75" groups at 100 yards using H100 and 3.325 COAL. I'm shooting a Winchester M70 from the early 70's. I'd also try H4831.

Good call. The Creedmore has less velocity than the 260 but Hornady lists it "after" the 260 to give the impression that its better. I'll check it out. Thanks!

The COAL is 2.800". I've found Sierra 150SMKs and 150gr Hornady BTSP to work the best.
