I use eldx in my 308 and they touch at 100 yards and I have seen a 6.5 creedmoor stack them at 300 yards. I know they can be good but my 300 wm doesn't like them at all.

I will give that a try next if this doesn't pan out.

Yeah, I may end up doing the same one day. Space and time is what is stopping me for now. But I have years of brass saved.

I'm going to buy 2 kinds of Berger's and see what they do. I went back out today and had the same results. Scattered grouping. I can confidently kill a deer at 400 yards, but I want to shoot 1000 yards with this gun on paper and be sub moa up to 700 at the minimum.

I am not familiar with a Berger 215 factory hunting load. Is it a hunting load?

I have 300 wsm xbolt that holds sub moa at 400 yards. I had a brake installed and it is very light for the setup. That being said my buddies ridgelinr shoots awesome and we run it to 700 yards no problem. It is a 6.5

Alright I went full circle I got the pst gen 2, 5-25x50 ffp. Along with some seeking rings and a tab sling. Should get my gun going in a good direction.
