Taurus SC generic Termidor (fipronil) does wonders on them. Kills for a while. Also fights termites. Spray wood and they will die just from landing on it. Spray 1oz per gal and it treats yard for fire ants also. Not as quick to kill them but they won’t come back for a year.

Get holosun 407c it has a solar panel that lights it up even with no battery. I have been running a test on my fast fire 3 with the same battery for 2-3 years with no issue. I do carry a spare with me though.
