    Today I use custom 6,5x47 Lapua and custom 7mm STW. The 7mm is with Stiller Predator action, kreiger barrel, jewel trigger, Mcmillan A5 stock, Zeiss 6-24x72 on the top. 0 at 200 mtr. 7 clicks at 300, 16 clicks at 400, 26 clicks at 500 mtr.and 51 clicks at 700. Using 140gn Nosler BT, VV N165 80gn

    Hi. It is SAKO TRG42 in 300 Win MAG. with Zeiss 6-24x56 scope. Yes I shoot all my deer in the head close to the ear.. Normal range is about 100-300 mtr. You can see more "head shoot" in my thread here in varmint hunting
