    Russian Guns.

Sidecarflip, Thats an MG-42 and it's NOT a Submachine gun in any sense of the word it's the Granddaddy to the M-60 US Machinegun. With the Itialian Buffer it shoots a slower than in the German Gun (Called the MG-3 in the modern German Army in 7.62x51 Nato). I know I've shot both buffers...

    help* coyote loads for 6.5x284

Years ago, I got a deal on some berdan military Full Metal Jacket 6.5x55 ammo in 139gr bullets. At the time I pulled the bullets and reloaded the cases with Nosler Hunting Bullets and a different powder. Saved the bullets! Ten years later I had my Model 700 Remington 6.5x55 converted to...

    9,3x53R Finnish Mosin Nagant

I shoot a 9.3x62 Mauser in a CZ 550FS myself, velocities pretty close to what you shoot. Doesn't damage the meat and drops 'em quick. When I was stationed in Europe, Germany to be exact, I came across a 6.5x53R Mosin Nagant. Kinda wish I had bought it as the 6.5mm is one of my favorites...

    22-250 for Hogs ?

Not no but HELL no...... If it's a pint size Arizona Hog maybe. A domesticated, gone wild, hog is another matter. Good may to get hurt! It is always better to "over caliber" than "under caliber" on hogs. Good Luck and post pictures of the hunt.......

Which guns do you use for predator hunting?

When I am visiting South Dakota, where I grew up, I use my Remington 700 in 6.5x284 Norma for 'Yotes. Gophers get the 6.5 Grendel treatment. Home in Alabama I use a 6.5 Grendel AR, or for 300 yards or less I use an AR in 6.8SPC.

    AR-15 Problem.

I DON'T think Hi-Point makes an AR, however, I would first try another magazine. Next choice would be to check the ejector spring if it were an AR (or not). There are one hell of a lot of variables for this. Let me know if it is an AR and I will try to post some help.
