Would you share your 257 load details ? I’m working on trying to find a good load.

I have two comments 1st a shooter should spend as much or more on good glass than the rifle. 2. I have 5 NF NXS 5.5-22x50. I prefer the NXS reticle over the NX8. The eye relief seems better and the MOAR reticle has large post on the ends. My #2 scopes are Leopold.

I’m hard over on either 1. 308-168gr or 2. 270Win with 130gr! I just returned from Africa and my wife and I took 10 animals from 2000lb Eland, Kudu, sable, Zebra to Wart hogs with those two calibers. Both put them all down effectively! My favorite Elk killing machine is a 270 win, 140gr accubonds!
