I have been using Shilen bbls for a lot of years. Their Match bbls are outstanding!! If you are wanting a fluted bbl, Shilen will NOT do it. Read about it on their website

Putting together an accurate rifle is not a hit or miss project. I spent about a week at Colorado School of Trades learning the basics of doing an accuracy build. Then another week with a friend learning how 1970’s benchrest shooters did it. It is not that you can’t do it, but it is a process

Anyone know of a 500 yd+ range in Mississippi? I built a 30-338 Win Mag now need a place to stretch it out! I know of one South of Shreveport, but that is a 3 hour drive Thanks for your help

When you say benchrest, are you talking IBS or NBRSA?? In these it is all custom builds. 0.01” group gets you “thanks for attending” I believe Mr. McMillian’s world record still stands, 0.009”

Most of the states in southeast are OTC. Guided hunts??? How much $$$$ do/can you spend. If you watch hunting shows, real pricey!
