Here is my bench that I finally set up.

I bought a Ruger precision rifle a year ago,first thing I bought for it was a single shot magazine as that is how I shoot all my rifles.

You might want to check out the tactical DOA rotating benches.

Check out products by Inline Fabrication.Helps a lot with bench organization.

You could use Inline Fabrication Ultramount instead of the track system.
