Westdreamer. Proof & Carbon 6 have had good luck with both. Probably because they are the only ones that my gunsmiths have put on several guns.

There are a lot of good powders that will work in that short fat case very well. Just be very careful when reaching max lds on any of them!!

Personally I would try the 165gr TSX or Hammer Hunter. Very accurate even out to range and leave things dead out of the 300 wsm.

Thanks a bunch. Tried a couple of batches not going over 1/4:1 with CLR/water. Everything seemed to come out fine and worked well.

Does anyone use CLR in their ultra sonic cleaners? If so how much in your mixtures? Cleaning suppressors etc.
