Is there a reason that your case length is .021 longer than typical spec? Most are 2.850 max. I still can't make sense of your measurements after firing. Seems weird

In my experience H4831 or 4831SC are notorious for what you've experienced. You'll get a load that shoots really well with no problem but it will not light up any chronographs.

My experience was similar, if you over anneal just rework back to being hard (if you have the tools) and they'll be fine.

If anyone wants em I found 47 QC brass for 7 STW. Sized, chamfered, annealed, primed with a 215. 5 of these are once fired.

Anybody got some time behind one of these to share an opinion?

I hoped and figured the same as far as improvements go.
