I built my own quad sticks for under $30 and they work from seated to kneeling to even standing. I can shoot off of them nearly as well as a bench out to 500 yards so far.

I had not thought of the 300 Norma necked down to 7mm. I used 3.30" to be well below the Savage 110 staggered feed magazine length max which is just over 3.40". I'll do some research on the Norma. Thank you very much and Merry Christmas again. John
