False, most premium units in Utah require max points or really close to it to draw the early rifle hunt. The draw system started in 1994 so max was 27 this year. Regardless of points used its a **** nice bull congrats to the OP

Following along, I have the exact same gun for my wife and daughter. Gun just does not shoot well at all. I’m a fan of the 7-08 but wonder if the Model 7 is worth building off of or start over with a different action?

It seems that the hotter loads shot better, the best group if you could call it that was 91.5 grains but I never seen a drastic improvement in any of the other loads. there was never a time where I felt that I was making any significant gains in accuracy.

Haven’t changed the seating depth at all. I’m very green with this stuff so I’ve kept it very basic, the overall cartridge length is 3.603 if that helps. I’ve been trying to source the tools to measure the lands but can’t seem to find anything available. I apologize in advance to anyone trying...
