What’s the difference in the lapua versus the 6.6x47 Swede?

So in your opinion original version is saft to fire form from factory loaded 280rem?

Your right JEcustom i missed that was a saami. Mine own rifle is the original Ackley version. My redding dies say 280rem improved 40degrees. All original ackleys pre 2011 wer supposedly marked thus way

It headspaces on the shoulder with a slight crushfit. No stretch or cracks

I have the original ackley version and i shoot factory 280rem to form brass. From what ive read that was the way Ackley did it

The 300wsm seems to be a very easy cailber to load for. Havent had any need to go above the 180s accubonds for deer out to 650 either

Win 760 has worked with every nosler bullet ive tried. Loaded to there specs they shot great

For what its worth. I would think you could buy another barrel in either caliber.

At the time I was just dabbling in reloading and couldn’t find any info on the 6.5 version so parted with it. Having kids of my own now and with more experience at the table it would nice for a first gun for boys

Bought a interarms mk x I think it was in 6.5 ppc years ago. Local gunsmith said it was basically a Grendel but I’ve not heard of one before or since. Would it work in this platform?

I have a predator also in 243 and have shot dogs with for the last several years. I've shot the 70gr Nosler ballistic tip over 40grs of varget. It'll shoot 3/8 to a 1/2 at 100yards depending on conditions and ME. Still 1/2 at 300 but starts opening up at 400.

I have the Berger Manuel but I don't think the 240 is listed
