    Hit indicators for LR steel

That was my concern with magnets as well, shifting after impact. Velcro isn't an ideal solution either though. I guess it will come down to how strong the magnet is. Let me know when you're ready to produce some...I'm definitely interested!

    Hit indicators for LR steel

Your design is exactly like the one I was referring to. It changes the direction of the light by 180 degrees so the unit would have to be mounted backwards which is not a big deal. As far as pricing, based on the $30 price of the Flash Bang I'd say somewhere in the $10-15 range, but I'm not...

    German long haired pointer

My GWP is a hunting machine...she'll be 13 this year but still has pep in her step although she doesn't have the stamina for long days in the field anymore. Luckily my 6 year old pointing lab still has the energy for that!

DAA 550 Mini Case Feeder for Dillon 550

I have a Double Alpha Academy 550 Mini Case Feeder for a Dillon 550 for sale. Can be used to feed .380ACP, 9mm, 9x21, 9x23, .38S, .40SW, .45ACP, .38SPL, .357MAG .223, .300BO and converts easily between those calibers. Works great, I just change between rifle and pistol calibers enough on my...

    Wilson Combat barrels

I have a 24" bull barrel in .223 Wylde that is an absolute hammer...I haven't shot it past 400 yards yet but it stacks 77 SMKs at that distance. Awesome barrel!

    AR 6.5 Grendel Trigger

I have used almost everything in my ARs over the years. Can't go wrong with Geissle, but expensive. My personal "bang for the buck" favorite is the HiperFire Elite or Reflex, which is what I run in most of my "accuracy" ARs. Best bang for the budget is probably the Larue MBT--I have several...

    Trijicon Tenmile or Maven RS.5

No experience with Maven either, or the Tenmile specifically, but I have a Trijicon Credo HX 4-16x50 on my primary hunting rifle and it's been awesome. Great tracking, excellent glass, and built like a tank while being light enough for a hunting rifle.

    Hit indicators for LR steel

I got mine as well...I wish someone would 3D print some extensions using plastic mirrors. I'd definitely be in to purchase some. On the other hand, at <$30 each, it's not the end of the world if they get shot either, especially if they continue to work like the video that was linked earlier in...

    2023 Meat Pole

Filled my second tag of the season, this one in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. Hunted hard for 8 days and just couldn't find one I wanted to hang my tag on. I did a ton of rattling but the rut was kicking off a little slower than other years. Finally got some cold weather and that...

    Hit indicators for LR steel

I saw the review on the Caldwell site where a guy 3D-printed a piece that held two small pieces of plastic mirror so that the Flash Bang itself was completely protected behind the steel plate. I can't find anyone who makes such a thing, but I'd certainly buy them if the price was right, even if...

    2023 Meat Pole

Punched my first of two tags today...not the giant I was hoping for, but a solid tank of a whitetail. Looking forward to hunting with my son for the remainder of the month! My brother snapped the first picture as the buck was chasing his does around...I had a pretty short window to decide to...

    Trigger Sticks vs Tripod

I will say, if Primos made a carbon version of the bipod or tripod trigger stick, I'd probably buy it. My tripod is a BOG Deathgrip (aluminum) and is too heavy to carry on a long hike. However, I don't feel like the carbon version of the Deathpod is light enough to justify the price for my...

    7mm PRC

I had something similar happen...I have a new 22" Carbon6 prefit that I added to a Bergara B-14 action. The plan was to use factory ammo for barrel break-in, so I bought 7 boxes of factory Hornady ammo (60 of the 180 ELD-M and 80 of the 175 ELD-X). At around the 35 round point, halfway through...

    Trigger Sticks vs Tripod

Tripod is going to be more stable than anything with two legs, of course. I use a tripod if I'm going to be sitting, such as hunting coyotes, or short hike-type big game hunting. If I'm walking, I have a Trigger stick bipod that has worked very well for me...in the past 10 years of hunting...
