Agree 100%. I have Hollands on my scopes but would put the adjustable FLat Line in a heart beat if they made a 1" version. It's almost impossible to adjust Hollands/Vortex type levels to be 100% level with the rifle. Mine are 95% there but even that was a pain.

I have DNZ mount on my 10. Had it for about a year with no issues. Went with DNZ because its one piece mount. No separate base and rings to deal with. They have a 20MOA version too.

I love my HD5 5-25 so far. I personally do not have swaroz5 but played with few and loved it too. It's also 60% more $$ than HD5 so I hope it has better optics or better something if I was buying it. Personally if I was in market got $1500-$1600 scope i would get the z5, and If i wanted to stay...

I like Seekins SSR better as well and wanted to buy it, but couldn't find it anywhere in stock for HS precision stock. You can just use the existing studs to attach the rail too. That's most likely what I'm going to end up doing at least for one side.

I ended up using 1" SS 10-32 button screws to attach the rail. Everything is nice and tight.

I have to do the same on my HD5. Even at 200yds the adjustment is almost cranked all the way up.

You cant go wrong with it. I have the HD5 5-25 with Z1000 and it fits my needs perfectly. For your needs, a whole lots of scopes will let you shoot to 500 yards.

What he said. Pick any zeiss that fits your needs and you will love it. The way Conquests are priced nowadays, I honestly think there is no better buy out there.

Even with kenton turrets that conquest will be $300 cheaper than 3-15 HD5. I say go for it!
