You just take this off the head with an outdoorsmans plate on this it allows the head to hold a pic but is removeable

Up. Someone needs new binos!

You can turn necks before necking down and not have to worry about creating a step at the neck shoulder point. That step would be in the shoulder. It might take some experimenting to see how much to turn them to be correct after necking down.
