I have never had any good luck with hornady bullets except with there factory rounds. Try a sierra or a nosler bullet in my book there better. Keep the 55 gr load if it shoots that well thats awsome. In NE PA guys would kill to have a 243 shoot light bullets that good. Agreed with above comments...

Don't go get a new die yet! Take the expander pin out of the die and size a case without it then measure the inside of case mouth. Also measure the expander ball. If need be you can emery off .001 or so to leave a tighter grip on the bullet. This ball is hard so it will remove slowly but watch...
