I've never put it on a sled, but with Federal 140gr, I've been around 0.9. I would imagine that would tighten up with hand loads.

20" barrell, have only used factory rounds, so not sure on any seating issues. Factory rounds had no issues. I'd estimate about 10.5 lbs.
