Bell and Carlson stocks are made of fiberglass. It has a very grippy feel but it is not rubber coated. I hope this helps.

Sorry for the delay. The gun weighs 6 lbs 6 ounces, with the Talley rings.

I never reloaded for it because it was my father’s. He used factory ELDMs and they shot just under an inch. I’m sure the gun could do better. I will weigh it in the morning and reply.

I'm selling a Remington 700 in the now discontinued Mountain Rifle model with the bell and carlson stock. It is in 30-06 with a 22 inch barrel. Overall good condition (see pictures). The bolt needs to be bead blasted as it has light surface rust. I think the bolt was previously cerakoted but...
