looking for someone to make reloading dies for 358 hoosier. Also looking for 358 hoosier or 358 win brass. Any help is appreciated.

Hornady custom special order is what I hear guys are using. Contact Mr penrod at Penrod Precision. He may be able to make you one I'm sure he has reamers. I'm sure you live in Indiana so Mr Penrod might be a short drive for you.
BFG isnt geting them anymore of his 358 BFG dies (they're the same basically as the Hoosier).

Hornady told me that they have suspended custom dies temporarily. I am on a waiting list for dies from BFG. I will send penrod a email and see if they can help. Thanks for the reply.

I'm having AJ Brown rebarrel a Stevens 200 for me. I also purchased a reamer from PTG and am stubbing a couple handirifles myself. I need to get my hands on some 358 hoosier brass so I can head space the handirifles.

Im re barreling a savage model 16 300wsm. Im also going to use a piece of fired brass as a guage.

I hope you have better luck finding the components you need than I have. I dropped my Stevens 200 off in October, I knew it would be 4-6 months before I got it back so I decided to order a couple Shilen 35 cal blanks and stub the handirifles myself. I have both of the receivers bored and threaded, have made a floating reamer holder similar to a Bald Eagle reamer holder. Now I'm ready to thread and chamber the blanks but have had no luck at all in finding brass or sizing die.

Im having troubles also. Right now it looks like I'll be muzzle loading this next season for Indiana.

There are some nosler 300wsm brass available at cabelas on line. Then at least you'll have brass when you get the die set up.

The 358 hoosier is a 358 Winchester shortened to 1.8 inches, the 300wsm has a larger bolt face. If I can find resizing die I could use ether 358 win or 308 win brass. The 308 win takes a little more work but I do have some of it.

I know that Forester in Illinois offers neck honing service on their dies. Why dont you call them about cutting the length and honing the neck of one of their .308 dies?

But I think you should have a piece of brass with loaded bullet in neck before you can give them the neck and length dimensions. (I'd send the whole cartridge to them if they're in for the job.)

It's worth a call.
