Gentlemen,
Joel Russo and I have received numerous calls and emails about our new "Curtis", actions and we are looking forward to bringing them out for you guys to enjoy! However, we will not do so until we feel they are perfect in every way and ready to stand up to the challenge and performance that we demand. The good news is we are getting very close to that...We are in our final design and prototype stage.. Until then, here are some specs:
3 lug design with 60* throw
integrated rail
integrated lug
700 footprint (NO mods to stock) for short and long actions.
m16 extractor
one piece bolt/handle
repeater and single shot
models will be available in short and long with .308,mag, and Lapua Bolt faces.
Also a dedicated .338 Lapua sized receiver as well as (this should be no surprise) a .408 based receiver.
Each action will be available with corresponding bottom metal and mags.
