I just bought a Remington Sendero 300 Win. Mag. I'm looking for recommendations for a scope, mounts and rings. I want to be able to shoot up to 1000 yards with my rifle. Please offer up your suggestions. Thanks

If your budget is not very limited, Nightforce NXS 5.5-22x56 HS/ZS MOAR reticle with NF rings and 20 MOA picatinny base.

That would be a solid & bulletproof 100-1K setup for your Sendero.

Yep...a few more details would help though. What are you shooting at? Paper or animals? What are your minimum distances? And what is your budget? We can sit here and spend your money for you all night long unless you tell us how much you are willing to spend! :D

I'd go with a Vortex HS-T or PST. Well matched to your rifle price-wise and great scopes with a lifetime warranty. Also check out their Precision Matched rings.

I am not as educated as most are on this forum but for the money a Zeiss 6.5 x 20 x 50 can be had for around $700.00 and a set of talley rings. The zeiss in their conquest line ( which is there low end line ) has glass I believe is on par with any swaro I have at close to a third the cost. I have never heard of anybody have any tracking issues with them and their customer service is second to none. If I had to be fussy the only complaint I would have is the lack of moa adjustment. with this scope on tally rings + your 300wm your looking at 1100 to 1200 yards before you run out of adjustment. Plenty far for me not for others. My 2 cents

I plan to use my Sendero for elk hunting. So I don't really want a huge bulking scope. I would like to be able to have a shooting range of 100 to 1000 yards. I've heard Burris (Eliminator II) has a scope with a built in range finder. I would like to stay under $1000 for the scope.

I'd go with a 20 moa base nightforce makes a really nice one...vortex pmr rings and a hst 4-16-44 with an moa or mil reticle.

For the money the hst is a dang nice scope with a ton of long range hunting features you can't find in other scopes. Snowy Mtn rifles can help you out with everything if your interested I believe they have one in stock.
