powder availability?

I just keep an eye out locally. I've had a hard time finding anything online (unless the site was gouging), but I have been able to score 6 pounds of H1000 shopping locally within the last month.

It seems to me that it is all very hit and miss.

Good luck!

I ordered some hodgdon benchmark and H4895 from this place ,it works fine for .308

I have been watching the online sites and passing on leads to my e-buddies but in the end I am finding my powder locally.

I was in Bruno's today. Lots of powder in stock. Saw several kegs and 1 pounders in lots of different makes and models. Bought a pound of RL33 to try out.

Bruno's was one of the "gougers" that I mentioned. They are charging $10 a pound more for powder than what I have been paying locally, and you still have to pay the HAZ MAT fee for delivery. I suppose I would still pay it, if I could not find anything else.

I would take up golf before I would fund gougers.

Bruno's were the hacks that listed in stock for months when it wasn't even close to being in stock. Then they unhooked their phone. Jackasses will never get a dime from me.

Nothing constructive to add other than Brunos jacked me around on an order 8 months ago and they will not see one cent of business from me.

tyler texas, found some!! got a lb each of 4064 and varget. just starting to reload so I dont need a bunch.

Powder in Pa. seems to be showing up recently. Even the gouging seems to be slowing down. Rimfire ammo is still really scare. Bought 2 8 pounders of RE33 yesterday for 129 each and 2 8 pounders of H4350 for 149 each.
