RCBS or Hornady Chargemaser combo?

If we don't start supporting original innovators, new products will cease to be viable.
I can't always, but I try to do this.
So I think you should support the RCBS, instead of Hornady's red copy of it, even if costing more.

I am a huge Hornady fan. Having said that it is hard to beat the RCBS Rockchucker press.

I ran across a deal on a Lyman DPS3 powdermeasure/scale several years ago and love it!
The newest version of the Lyman looks even nicer.
Before buying you should check out the Lyman

I bought the Horady first. It was slow measuring the next load, I wanted faster drops.
Took it back and bought the RCBS combo. It was faster but I needed a little more. Found a site that helped tune up the Charge Master and love it. It's all in the programing of the computer. Hornady might be able to do the same thing???
I'm not switching back.
I load one case at a time. Powder - bullet - press - inspect.

I have the Hornady and love it. That being said, I think the RCBS is a better unit. My Hornady is starting to get hard to read the last digit on the screen. Other than that it has been fine. I have had it for about three years.

Never used the Hornady, but I have had the RCBS for about 5 years now, and it still runs great. Look up the straw mod. It really helped with getting perfect drops almost all the time....

I shoot Hornady and load with a RCBS. I could never see myself change to another company.
Dillon digital scales don't even come close, You would think with a name like Dillon would represent quality.. Not So..Mine is just collecting dust. I only use The Chargemaster..
