I have a remington sendero 300 win and a mark V 300 weatherby. I am going to get rid of one of them. I am hunting whitetails with up to 600 yards.

Just wanting to get some feed back on what I should hang on to?

What makes you partial to the Weatherby?

Nothing, I like Weatherby and .300 Wby Mag works; as does the .300 WM I think the MarkV would carry better in the field.
I own both brands and the Wby is my pick.

As many know I work specifically on Weatherby rifles and pistols. The once best seller of the Weatherby line the 300 is now on the endangered and soon to be extinct list. It will still be talked about and will always be better than the 300 win but with the advent of the 30-378 the guys at Weatherby are having a hard time selling a single production run a year. If you can get a decent price for the Weatherby get it. If not rechamber it for the 7mm rem or 257 weatherby and have a great rifle!lightbulb
